This is a cure and comfortable place to stay. Great for two couples or a family. The down town are is walkable and super cute. Really close to the Rocky Mountain National Park as well. Hiking is so close there is a trail head right outside of town to a waterfall. Would definitely rent again.

Property was as described. Liked the location and how new it felt overall. Had some minor issues at check-in but host had very good communication.My only negative complaint is the towels were on the cheaper side (akin to what I would expect staying at a Fairfield inn). If these were upgraded I feel it would match the price point of what the host is charging. Otherwise everything was very well managed and maintained.

Place was wonderful except the thin insulation between ceiling and second floor made it a little disruptive. Owners above had a dog.
