Had a great stay. Grand Lake is beautiful and the condo is in a great location.

We are really disappointing with the cleanliness when We arrived. The couch was extremely dirty, and we had to contact the host to send a cleaning crew. they said they were stains but it was not at all. even the cleaning crew mentioned it was in a bad shape. The carpet also needed attention, and the fridge still had items inside labeled as 'owner supplies" which made it feel less like a guest-ready VRBO stay. The bathroom also didnt feel properly cleaned. The positive side, communication was good and the host did send the cleaners the next day, which we appreciated. However, this is something that should be throughly taken care of before guest arrive. A deeper cleaning standard would make this property enjoyable.
